I never thought I'd have to sing until Renault Midrand put my life at risk! Saving costs? At the expense of people's lives? Hell no!

I was first sold a written-off vehicle!

Given a new one, and discovered recently that my central locking system wasn't activated, it was only activated a few weeks ago. (for 5 years I've been locking my vehicle manually when I drive)

On my 3rd service, my vehicle was left with the security guards for a pickup, because your advisors wanted to knock off!

4th service, my service book magically grew feet!

Last year December, my vehicle went in for service, requested for my braking system to be replaced, as both the disc and the pad were touching one another. Since then, I've been taking in my vehicle for the same problem!

I was yesterday years old when I discovered that ONLY my brake pads were replaced, because, at that time, my discs were on 50%, so that is considered "safe to drive" in your world. I mean why am I hearing noises when braking if they are still in "good condition?"

The workshop manager Lucas, told me point blank, I'll be coming to their workshop every 2 weeks to not get them replaced, but to get them "cleaned!" I PAID FOR THE BRAKING SYSTEM TO BE REPLACED, NOT CLEANED!!

Nomvula, the service advisor, advised me I won't be coming back the 3rd time, as they've "cleaned them till my vehicle reaches a mileage of 95000ks. A few meters away from their workshop, my brakes started screeching again!

Where are we now?? I would like to get my braking system sorted out!! I've wasted gas, and missed work! Not for my vehicle's braking system to be cleaned, but to be replaced! TWICE!
