MALFUNCTIONING CARS SOLD TO CLIENTS

How is it possible that a reputable dealer can sell a malfunctioning vehicle to an unsuspecting client??<br> I've purchased my Fiat Punto 1.2 Active from CMH Umhlanga two years ago expecting everything to be in order but disappointingly enough, it was proven to be not. my first issue was that on purchase, i made mention about my gears being faulty - which they claimed to be perfect. After purchase it was evidently not fine which caused me to run around to get them to sort it out!!!<br> Now, i meet with an accident with major impact on the entire front end of my car, only to realise I have malfunctioning airbags which did not pop, and with no warning signs!!!!! <br> How is this possible when my car has been written off by my insurance???<br> Are we not supposed to rely on these features to ensure our safety??<br> As a result of this, I have been faced with the trauma of multiple injuries, apart from everything else I've got to deal with!!!<br> Are all your vehicles this unreliable??? <br>
