Lies to the customers to get deal then denies all?

I purchased a CX5 from them, where to I pushed to get the best deal. I enquired about the maintenance plans on the car from the Finance person. after witch the sales person from instruction from his manager told me that they would give me the maintenance plan at a greatly reduced price. me knowing the prices did not expect them to lie and cheat and tell me the cheaper one is reduced and actually still the original price, assumed that they're honest and thought they got me the more expensive one. Only to discover that they are a bunch of underhanded sales personnel. Not only that the OTP stated one price and the finance was for a higher amount?<br> <br> This is a warning to you out there. if you ever do business ask them to specify everything before hand, as none of their items were really specified and they use that to cheat their customers...
