I need assistance

I have a problem with CMH Group (Ford dealership) to be precise, I bought a vehicle in 2016 its still under warranty but they are refusing to fix it without me even paying for repairs . The car has been with them from the 09th of May and am currently using public transportation which I am not happy about. Can I get an assistant because as a consumer i have been treated unfairly and it's costing me lots of money to pay for finance and also taxi fees that am currently using.
