A car with the following faults was delivered to me “just because it’s just a sale right?

Car was dirty upon delivery , I had to complain to get it washed(with mud,dirty seats and previous owners ******* in it) Car has no service book and service history records (the book apparently disappeared at the dealership) Expired license disk. No spare key. Broken taillight. Sales person drove this car from Pta to Jhb twice and didn’t even pick up that the aircon wasn’t working.

Only after probing about the aircon ,we were informed that the car had not been serviced yet it was delivered to me and I had been driving it since 11/12/2024. We had been asking for proof of service of this car and same has not been furnished to date(what are you hiding here?) It is clear that you were getting rid of this car and the end goal is to make sales but how dare you gamble with my life like that?

All the nice promises were made but never kept. e.g sales person promised that the car will be taken to Dekra for an inspection 🤷🏽♀️where is the report ??? Only after driving this car for a week I’m told it wasn’t serviced.

Is this the type of service you offer all your used car clients? I signed up for this nonsense?the emotional distress? Not to mention that I phoned the branch twice on different days and the manager could not get to the phone.

I do regret ever associating myself with your brand. I didn’t know it would come with so much drama. Paid R180k for a nonsense treatment. I know this car is used but I didn’t have to feel like I’m being done favours.

I feel ****** because of your lack of transparency and lies. I don’t even trust the car anymore as I don’t know what I’m yet to discover next. FYI I’ve only had this car for 7days
