HORRIBLE customer service

Hello Peter I bought a Peugeot 308 cc 1.6 THP in 2012 January 10. in April 2012 the oil leak alarm went off commanding me to STOP i was not far from home i drove it slowly the following day took to.Peugeot Fourways *fixed*. in around June/July the coolant alarm went off citing engen faulty took to Peugeot * fixed* December 2012 same coolant fault went off took to.Peugeot Woodmead *fixed* 2013 again coolant alarm until i complained to Peugeot SA my call was attended by Zanele Hlatshwayo, later Bhekie and then Jermaine (liason manager) they promised it will be *fixed* . in the later of 2013 again same fault. in 2014 again same faulty i wrote to Jermaine and i have never seen such a rude customer liason manager i threatened to report her to ombudsman she said *go ahead its your right* December of 2014 again it was being fixed at Fourways. In 2015 broken again engen faulty the car was boiling hot again *fixed* the latter of 2015 again back at Peugeot Fourways engen problem overheating. i wrote to Zanele Bhekie and Jermaine ohhh my God again rude answers from Jermaine. in 2016 feb after it was parked in my garage for 3 months since it broke down on the M1 highway i towed it to Peugeot Fourways i paid just about 18000 to *fix* since 2014 i never drove it outside Gauteng sooo its an urban rider. in 2016 August 6 in Midrand i nearly burnt McDonald's rive thru and all the cars next me the purple green colour came out from.the engen i was right in the middle of the line. Thanks to all the guys who moved away as i tried to run away from burning the franchise. My husband called Peugeot SA mnhhhhhh rude response from call centre agent. every year i pay close yo 10k fixing the car. I dont want call centre agents nor liason officers to call me nor marketing manager but Peugeot SA CEO to tell me if i am losing my.mind or QUALITY is not known at Peugeot. i urge young SA consumer REFRAIN FROM PEUGEOT thre are plenty reputable brands in SA
