Horrible, bad service. Unjustifiable
I bought new Mazda 3, it had a problem with a battery. When car booked in for service at randburg it was tested and found to be not good. Instead of them replacing the battery was told I was going to be charged R2K. Had to drive to Mazda in Pretoria where I bought the car where they checked and confirmed that it should be replaced free of charge. I went back to randburg where the battery was changed after being treated like I was crazy. Then I had my brakes pads replaced and paid for it, when I went to complain that it was making weird sound I was shoved back like I was crazy. Now the disk's are messed up. I have been up and down no solution. They are so quick to want to fit in new brake pads that I must pay for instead of fixing their service failure. No regard at all for me as a customer, still not satisfied. The new manager just said they are quoting me, not even wanting to try to check and understand the ongoing problem.
