Horrible attitude from management

Have not received any response from CMH regarding the dismal attitude I received from their manager at the renault in midrand. I have screenshots of the calls made to Mr Brandon Lazarus as well as screenshots of the message. Which I would have provided had anyone actually contacted me regarding this issue. They can reach me on ***, I would like to say that I was able to trade my car in and purchase a new vehicle with the wonderful help of another dealer.
