Horrible after sales and sells unroadworthy cars

Lesson learnt school fees paid.

I recently bought a Suzuki Grand vitara from CMH Ford Gezina after my first trip I realised the rear right tyre is worn, and found the spare is also worn to the point it didn't have any thread left. I communicated this to the dealer and no solid answer was given to confirm replacement. I notified them that I was coming around to pick up the registration paper (which also took a very long time to get, and I had to follow up for to be done) and want to sort out my tyres in the interim. At this point my rear back tyre had a hole in it! I put on the slick spare and drove to the dealer to get it sorted.

Long story short...they accused me of swopping the tyre with an old one, and could only replace 1 of the 2 worn tyres they sold me!

Bottom line is stay away! Their 160 point check means 0, they probably jippo'd the roadworthy and the service is "blame the customer"
