Horribke service at CHM Volvo Silverlakes

I went to CHM Volvo Silverlakes, excited to see if I can buy a Volvo again. First of all I got the new sales guy, probably because he is the only want willing to help people. Wanting to test drive 3 vehicle. When he asked for keys the manager was very irritated because he needed to help. I eventually got keys for one vehicle but the oldest model they have. Then when asking for the other car's keys he had to go back to the very irritated manager who then came out of his office, and only because I stand right outside it. There are no vehicles to test drive.

I was under the impression that sales people were there to assist you and sell you a car. I have never in my life had such bad service. When I then said I will find another dealership his response to me was " you are more than welcome madam".

Volvo...good luck selling anything in that branch
