Honda hatfield car scratch

Just a warning to everyone using Honda Hatfield, car got scratched while it was in for a service, they acknowledged that it happened there and that they will be paying for the repairs. After 2 weeks where I have to call them the whole time to find out what is happening they arranged for a panelbeater to come and have a look and give a quote. The panelbeater was not Honda approved and refused to give any warraty on their work (I even called Honda SA to confirm, which told me I need to insist on a approved panelbeater.) After I got 3 quotes they still had an issue to pay for the damage as it is to "expensive". I now had to end up claiming from my insurance for this as Honda Hatfield basically doesn't care. It's a shame as honda cars are awesome, but after this i'll probably never consider them again.
