**********ly Traffic Fine after ownership change

Unprofessional dealership. I sold a vehicle to the dealership in December and gave them possession of the vehicle. Around May of the next year a traffic fine was issued in my name under this vehicle. It turns out the dealership didnt change the vehicle from my name to theirs after selling it, they had then sold the vehicle to another person whilst it was still in my name (from a legal perspective), which resulted in traffic fine being in my name although I had the vehicle to them in 6 months ago.

Even after lengthy emails and calls to the CMH Volvo Bryanston dealership manager and also the franchise manager. They've not arranged for the traffic fine to be settled by new vehicle owner or themselves.
