***** sale by cmh east rand boksburg.

I bought a car (silver chev cruze) from cmh east rand in December 2019 and the car has endless engine problems. When the car was delivered to us i signed one document that said delivery of vehicle, but the document that was emailed to us has several pages with my signature and initials on them, which i did not sign. We have tried to returned the car but cmh east rand says i can not do so because i bought it fotstots,Which they told us about. The car has spark plugs that were never changed, coil pack problems, oil leak, n last week the engine light came on. The service book shows full service history on the car done by cmh them selves. But when i took the car to a service center to get plugged in, it shows the cambelt has not been changed. Which has a stamp for in the book. Cmh east rand boksburg come take your car back. They tell me that they are not a dealership and that they are a wholesaler, what ******* is that. You cant sell a broken car. Consumer rights states that i have 3 months to return a car to a dealership. It took them 2months to transfer the car onto my name. I complained about the car one month after it got delivery. Cmh east rand boksburg is a *****.... **** dealership. Come fetch your ******* that has to be parked off because we cant drive it with cambelt problems. Give me my money back you ********** dealership. I did not sign those documents, it is all false.
