FORGOTTEN LICENCING REIMBUR*****T

<p>On the 3rd of May 2017, I purchased a Renault Kwid from CHM Midrand, the Sales Consultant was Daniel. Since I live in the North West everything was done via telephone and email. The licencing and registration fee was included in the purchase of the car. The temporary licence expired without my permanent documents and I was told to do it my self as they are having a problems to do the NW registration in GP. I did that and sent Daniel the necessary document for my reimbur*****t. </p> <p>We kept in touch regarding this issues until he told me that he has family problems. Riaan then took over this matter. When I call, I am always told that my documents have been forwarded to some lady to be processed. Its been 3 months now, and I am still waiting. When I called recently I was told that Daniel has left the company. </p> <p> </p> <p>I WANT MY MONEY.</p>
