Feel Cheated and done down

Hello all, I've purchased a used 2015, 1.2 Nissan Micra Visia from Nissan Highway took possession of the vehicle 19 January 2018. This vehicle was advertised @ R99, 000.00. Firstly after paying a deposit of 20k the price is R109,000. 00 plus finance charges of 60k plus risidual amount of 18k. I was promised by the salesman Keeran Haricharan that there's nothing wrong with this vehicle. I have pointed out the 3 different make of tyres Continental, Khumo and Falken. The front 2 tyres were 14" but 165 and 175. It took Nissan like 2 months to remedy the problem after complaining to Nissan SA and Byron from Nissan Highway. I was told by the salesman Keeran Haricharan that a point to point check is done by Nissan, how come the different profile and make of tyres were not picked up. Last month I've notice rust on the car more on the right front fender,abit on the roof. Rust on the roof was brought to the salesman, Keeran attention with pictures but nothing was done. I also informed Kayson about the plastic panels been loose but nothing was done. I've taken the car to Nissan Gateway and it was confirmed that the Micra in question was previously done up and painted by the front fender and bonnet. This is no fault of mines and as a customer i feel cheated. It's not even 6 months that i have got the car and there's rust. This car was definitely done up and sold to me. I have placed my trust on Nissan but words are not to be trusted. My car is financed for 72 months and in months of ownership its rust. I've taken possession of the vehicle @ 56000 km and now it's 61000 km. Byron from Nissan Highway is making this to be my fault as I've taken the car to a RMI service centre. I wasn't aware of this fact as i was informed by their salesman that i coukd take the car either to a RMI service centre or Nissan dealership for a 60,000 km service. Is this how Nissan operates its businesses. I feel that i was cheated and i regret ever buying a vehicle from Nissan Highway.
