False advertising with an intention to de***** customers

I took the cover for Tyre repairs when I bought my Nissan Navara.

I was led to believe that I can go to Tiger Wheel and have my tyres repaired in the event I have a problem.

Upon going to Tiger Wheel to fix one of my tyres I was told that it is not covered. This amounts to false advertising and possible *****. They have been debiting my account under False advertising all this time.
