EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM CMH GROUP

Absolutely pathetic service from CMH Honda in Pinetown, I am not happy with their service at all. Recently purchased a car from them and was charged just over R10,000 on "Service and Delivery" fees, along with "Licensing Fees" but the car was delivered to me with an empty tank of fuel, no gift was offered to myself and my wife which they promised to courier down and now I have just been told I have to pay from my own pocket for number plates. So my question is where does all that money go to???
