East Rand CHM worst dealership ever...

CHM East Rand ...worst dealership ever... I signed an offer to purchase with CHM East Rand in August 2017. I took delivery of the vehicle without a sale agreement. I was told the sale agreement will follow on the day of registration. Two days after delivery the gear lever / links broke. It took them 5 days to collect the vehicle and took them almost a month to repair the gear lever. In the interim I had to call after them to follow up on the progress. They had no decency to keep me informed regarding the progress of the repairs. This is very bad customer service. Pathetic to say the least. After waiting so long for the gear lever to be repaired (a month), I again collected the vehicle and the next day the cambelt snapped whilst driving on the freeway. I had to tow the vehicle to home at my own cost. At this point I was very upset and frustrated as I was just not getting any joy with this vehicle since delivery. I then called the salesman and informed him that I was not happy with service and the vehicle and requested for the deal to be cancelled and my money refunded. I was told that I must speak to the manager who was never available and refused to take my calls. I left several messages for the manager to call me with no luck. Several months later and I am still waiting for my money. I will never deal with CHM dealers ever again especially East Rand CHM. Disgusting and shady!!
