Duplicate Keys

Good day

We bought a vehicle from CMH Silverlakes Second hand dealer .We found a Kia Soul 2016 Model and the Salesman Liandro agreed to bring the car to our house .The Finance was approved and we collected the vehicle from the dealer on the 5th of November .

There was a envelope left in the passenger floor that I could only open when we left ,too my surprise no service record nor a duplicate key .I have been battling since then to get these keys ,the service record and the new registration papers from the dealer ,it has been more than a month now and whenever I follow up feedback will be given to everything except the key .I escalated this to the principal and he phoned me back tellimg me that there were notices with regards to duplicate keys in his showroom . I saw nothing on the day of delivery nor was this discussed with us at any stage ,I want duplicate keys as this is a lot of money spend and the full product not delivered .Furthermore I want my documents .
