Dont take care your car for service here!!!!!

I called Mazda Umhlanga requesting a booking for a car service. I requested Saturday and Debra called me twice making sure I'm coming. Also telling me its very busy on a Saturday and I must come before 7 am because its first come first serve basis. Which I don't understand because why make a booking in the first place and when we got there there was no one. We waited in the cold for an hour waiting for them to open. She didn't inform me that only half a service was going to be done because it's a Saturday but they charged me full price for half a service. The main reason I even took my car to mazda for the service was to get my clutch checked, only to be informed at the end of it, they don't even do that because it's a weekends but if I had booked on a weekday it would have be checked. This Place is despicable. I also received two smses telling me to book my car for service during that time and receive a free gift, the guy who was handling the paper work was not even aware of this. So we waited awhile till he goes hunting for this free gift we were promised only to receive a cheap R10 bag. I'm sure the smses cost more than this bag. Will never buy from this group again!
