Disgusted by After Sale Service

We purchased a Volkswagen Amarok from this branch in 2016. During the purchase we were asked to appoint a proxy for the Traffic Department. We supp**** the requested documents. Only to find out 2 years later after having spent a whole day at the Traffic Department that they did not sure the correct information as supp**** but instead they registered a branch in Sandton. We are now unable to renew the license disc because we are unable to produce proof of address matching the once registered. I tried calling the dealership to find out what address was used and to get a copy for us to renew the license. The after sale service is shocking as now one was able to assist me . Was only told that unfortunately the sales rep who sold us the vehicle had left their employment and that they can not assist me.
