Datsun Go Mid 2019 Purchase Experience at CMH Nissan Highway

I purchased a Datsun Go Mid 2019 at CMH Nissan Highway but the product didn't turn out to be as impressive, I wonder how the quality control department approved the unit for retail.

First day of collection it didn't have a boot cover/shelf and the back seat was not locking. It had to return to the workshop. The boot shelf/cover they installed was a plastic shelf supported by non padded metal ***** like objects which obviously rattle when the car is in motion.

Not long within the first month the speaks start acting up not working properly The front passenger seat also started rattling. The vehicle had to go to the workshop again. It was delivered back to be with a report that these issues have been rectified whereas as they still persisted.

The exhaust pipe also started rattling, unusually, at certain surface angles (eg on an incline) The vehicle had to return to the workshop to fix the old reported issues (speakers & boot cover) as well as the exhaust issue that also surfaced.

When I was informed that the car was ready for collection I went to inspect the vehicle to find some of the items reported hadn't been resolved and I had to return without the vehicle. They eventually returned the vehicle with a shoddy temp solution to resolve the plastic boot cover/shelf rattling when the car is in motion, of which the boot cover/shelf is back as square one, making a rattling sound when the car is in motion.

The plastic boot cover/shelf that they approved and installed on the vehicle after 3 months started leaving marks on the body of the car, the area where the cover is lifted to when accessing the boot.

I was promised to receive a call last week Tuesday, 1 Oct 2019, to make an appointment for the car to go for a repair again, but I'm still waiting for that appointment.

I am seriously concerned about what the vehicle will be like when it reaches 12 months, as it's barely 4 months in use. What will the resell value of the vehicle be after the numerous issues and repairs that keep popping up.

I'm now regretting this purchase with this dealer.
