Complain about CMH Ford in Gezina (Manager Deon)

I bought my car from CMH Ford in Gezina in June 2020. I had challenges in getting a spare key from this dealership. Worse of all, the salesperson, Renier alleged that the car is using runflat tyres when my brother asked about the spare wheel for the car. As I was abroad, I only drove the car for the first time on 16 December 2020 when removing it from storage. I then visited two tyre replacement centres after the left rare wheel started having slow punch. To my surprise, both tyre centres advised that the car does not use run flat tyres. I visited the dealership today and met briefly with the Manager, Deon who was very arrogant and prejudiced. He did not want to listen to my story and arrogantly told me he cannot help me. I wonder how do they sell cars without spare wheel? CMH Ford in Gezina is a real ******* I need advise how to deal with them. I still insist they must provide me with a spare wheel as they sales person **** and misled us. I got into this deal in good faith.
