CMH Toyota Alberton is a bunch of lying ********

We flew from George to Johannesburg to collect the vehicle on 9/10/20 to collect our 2012 Audi Q3 2.0 TDI. We were brought to understand that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, and that it was submitted to a whole lots of checks etc. We drove back to the Western Cape the next day. On our way we discovered that the km reading was 284000km instead of the 279000km that was advertised, the airconditioner does not work, the fuel clap does not open, the breaks shutter. The following week the tracker was installed by Netstar and the installer showed me that there was rats in the engine compartment.

I informed the Dealership on Monday 12/10/2020 that we had the abovementioned problems. He advised that we book the car into the nearest dealership. THe soonest we could get a booking was Monday 19 Oct. Again I called the Dealer principal Lindie to inform her that there was various other problems with the car. The rain sensor on the windscreen does not work, the rear view mirror keeps falling off, the interval on the wipers does not work, the auto stop start function does not work and there is a mal function on the headlights.

I have tried to sort this out with the dealership on various occasions, but no one seems interested to help me. I even contacted their head office and spoke to Charles Webster, and still no joy.

I live 1200km from the dealership and bought this car in good faith. I was closer I would have taken it back. All I ask is that the problems be fixed?
