CMH The Glen selling accident damaged vehicles

Last year I needed to find my wife a vehicle. I found a supposedly great condition RAV4 at CMH Honda (The Glen). One would expect some integrity from a large group like this. I should have refused the vehicle when I was told the warranty on the vehicle (as advertised) had actually expired. After repeatedly asking for pictures and whether the car was accident free, they convinced us that it was and would discount the price slightly because of the warranty having expired. The car was purchased and shipped down to CPT and on arrival I had immediately noticed the signs of accident repair which I informed them of and questioned the condition of the vehicle. The battery was corroded, brakes were worn and lights not working. They paid for battery and brakes, a year later after constantly emailing and calling, they finally had the bumper replaced (badly) which I’d noticed was part of the accident damage. Now the vehicle is rusting where it had previously been repaired and I’d also noticed other places that it had body work done- after repeatedly questioning whether the bumper was the only thing that needed to be replaced. All I got was lies and avoidance by the dealer principal. The CMH group completely ignored my mail and reports of other customers having similar experiences. These guys need to have a law suit filed against them for *****.
