CMH PASSED AN UNROADWORTHY CAR

Hi, Austin bought a BMW from CMH MENLYN MAIN. car seemed to have problems before I took it off the floor they told me to write down the problems. I did and I took the car for the weekend. Brought it back. Rear Pdc’s brake pads where very low the rear light was not working I don’t know how that car passed roadworthy. Interior light stopped working. Boot light stopped working, dash light stopped working. Ever since they have the car . It’s been 3 weeks I need a lawyer who deals with such cases.
