We are very happy and proud customers of CMH Nissan Midrand only because of the amazing Sales Person Mr. Jayson Joubert. Difference in work makes a lot of difference in client's life, we have a lot of amazing moments with Mr.Jayson which we would like to recognize here.

We had a purchase of a Nissan Navara from CMH Nissan Midrand. We live in Centurion, so we went to Nissan dealership close to us a couple of months ago. We strongly believe a purchase of a vehicle happens by the customer through the interaction of the sales person. As usual after the bad impact from the nearby dealers, we just walked in to see the vehicle at CMH Nissan Midrand being Mr. Jayson, whether we buy or not, Jayson dealt with cool patience; the way he explained about the vehicle was absolutely worth it and fantastic.

First, one of us went there to enquire about Nissan Navara and requested that we will be coming back together again as do you have any problems in that. Jason said you can come as many times you want, until you get convinced. As we too are little bit weird, we choose the forged copper color. We were expecting the same approach as the other dealer's sales person. The fact is that we are already aware of the availability of that particular color in South Africa, but we were very keen to see that particular color physically because that color was not much available in the market. He promised us that he will try to arrange to see the color physically.

As a surprise, in two days he contacted us to inform us that the same color we are looking for is here in Joburg and sent a few pictures. We were not convinced by the pictures, so we insisted on seeing the vehicle. But Jayson gone extra miles, he organized to view the vehicle, he drove us to that dealership and we have seen the vehicle; can't believe what a mighty color. We went to the dealership back and started to get the requirements.

The difficult part is there is only one 4x4 AT left in the country with that particular color; that's in Cape Town. Jayson said to us that we don't have to worry, he will get it sorted out for us if we can get the paperwork done as soon as possible. From there onwards, every day we had plenty of questions and Jayson handled them in such a proper manner that we didn't get irritated. We had a hell lot of extra requirements to customize the vehicle, Jayson never failed to give us right feedback and keep with us proper communication with all updates from time to time. We never had to contact him to find out what's happening!!! This is extraordinary work as a sales person.

A sales person, to be like this you should have extraordinary BOSS means a Sales Manager should be an amazing person too. This really shows how the Sales Manager is giving such a support to his Sales Team to go out to sort the customer requirements. Hats off to you Mr.Pierre Van Niekerk!!!

It was really surprising to know that Jayson is new to the CMH family. He proved us how professional and friendly he can be to a customer.

Today in this blessed day, we are very happily and proudly walking away with a Fully Customized Nissan Navara 4x4 AT with a unique color, Forged Copper. All these because of one single person called Mr. Jayson who worked beyond the limits. Also thankful to the Sales Manager who supported him from the background to make it happen.
