CMH Midrand - Poor Service

I bought my Renault Kwid from CMH Midrand from sales person Tshepno Mamorobela ********** in June 2018 I collected my car on the 23rd June 2018 all good they promised me to come to fit the number plates that following wednesday 27th June 2018 which did not happen.

I have phoned,emailed,whats app Tshepno several times, most of the times not been called back or reply also asked to speak to Riaan the manager only to find out he left - No manger at the moment.

My paper permit expire on the 13th of July 2018 which he is fully aware off.

Last week Friday 6th June 2018 he promised me to get someone to come and fit the number plates on Monday 9th July 2018 which did not happen

On the 10th and 11th July 2018 I advised him in writing that if the number plates are not fitted and my permit expired -they will be responsible for paying any fines I get he advised that he promise to fit it on the 12th July 2018 - I contacted him on the 12th July to ask what time they would be here - No reply from them

This is bad service, maybe it was only to get the sale and not to worry about the after service

I need the number plates to be fitted ASAP and to get my Licence disc
