CMH Menlyn poor service

I am totally disgusted with the service of CMH Menlyn! I bought a new car from them, but the service was so poor. The day I had to collect the car my hubby noticed that the license expired, they did not even notice it! Really???? As I drove off in my new car, the service notification came on AND my tyre pressure light too. I inflated the tyre at the closest fuel station and phoned CMH to notify them. Low and behold, I found out that the 1x tyre had a side wall puncture! As the car is a 4x4, I had to replace both front tyres and discussed it with CMH as they would need to refund me. I've had the car for 2 months and is still waiting for my refund! Everytime I try to contact them, they just ignore me like a stop street! My hubby even emailed the manager of dealership to no avail! I will NEVER recommended CMH Menlyn!!!!!!!!! They are eager to sell the cars, but their after sale service is pathetic!
