<p>PATIENCE AND KINDNESS PUNISHED!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased a FORD Ranger from the CMH Kempster Ford Dealership in September last.</p> <p>When signing the deal with them, I asked for a copy of the Vehicle 160 point Ford approved inspection sheet…it was NOT provided and I was promised to receive this check-list within the next 24 hours…it did not happen! After many emails and phone calls to the dealership I only received the vehicle inspection sheet at my first service earlier this year.</p> <p> </p> <p>In addition to the many phone calls and emails…I requested repairs to be done to the vehicle that I had noted were NOT in order and I was told it will ALL be dealt with at my first service.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Some of the issues were dealt with indeed…HOWEVER after carefully reading through the check-list, it came to my attention that the check-list was **********ly completed and I then returned to the dealership with all my grievances.</p> <p> </p> <p>The dealership then took my vehicle in for repairs and repaired most of the damage except the RUST on its roof…of which they now say they will completely respray the roof and refund me my documentation fees…I’M NOT HAPPY…not only did they SELL me a vehicle that was NEVER checked as per their FORD APPROVED standards…they are now going to RESPRAY the car…THAT MEANS it will lose resale value…</p> <p> </p> <p>I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK and they must take their messed up bakkie back!</p> <p><br />I have sought LEGAL advice in this regard, but I'm hoping that we are able to resolve the matter before then!</p>
