CMH ISUZU UMHLANGA
What horrible service from CMH ISUZU UMHLANGA.
The sales person,Sidney & another gent Adrian ,were however very helpful.
I cannot say the same for the rest.
Heres my story :
27 jan 2022 : Picked-up my brand new Dmax. Enroute home to Stanger 60km away,i noticed a bad vibration on the steering wheel. Reported to dealership via sms.
28 Jan : Went back to CMH,test drove with technician Zane. Was told its wheel balancing & i must make an appointment to sort it out. Remember...I have to travel to & from Stanger 60km away, for this.
2 Feb : Appointment set for 8am today. I'm told to pay R595 for alignment & balancing. I refuse...this is a brand new bakkie !!! Why havnt the pre-checks been done ? Im on time at 745am. 2 hours later I question the delay, only to be told their balancing machine is out of order. Now asked to go to Tiger Wheel & join the que. They couldn't even arrange "priority" attention seeing I was already upset. Minutes later,I am told to go to Superquik as they couldn't get hold of TWT.
Seeing I was now very angry,Adrian intervened & drove with me to TWT. TWT refused to bill CMH for the work due to a long outstanding account. I had to pay cash & claim from CMH. Im still awaiting payment.
At TWT(10-24am),i called the Dealer Principal Donna, who could not talk because she was in a meeting. Asked her to call me back.
It's now 5 day later...& she still hasnt bothered.
With the exception of Sidney & Adrian, every other person in your dealership (including you) who were involved with my issue, performed horribly & seem to have absolutely no clue about client relations & service delivery.
Donna...in a crisis situation, your meeting(regardless of who it is with..president or ceo) should have taken a back seat to an irate client. The buck stops with you,the DP. If & when u do find the time to call me,I would love to know why I have been treated like thrash.
You guys stink at after-sales service & dont deserve to be related to such a strong brand.
Your service STINKS.
