CMH false adverts

I was interested in a vehicle for sale on the companies website(and advertised on several other reputable websites). When I called in I was told the vehicle was already sold before the advert even went up. Thinking it was a technical glitch I accepted the explanation.The ad was then removed a few days later. To my surprise when I went back to the website 2 weeks later I found the vehicle advert back up again and the price was now lowered. I called in again and was told the vehicle was sold. Why was the vehicle still being advertised if it has been sold. Why was the price adjusted and the ad put back up if that vehicle was already sold. Surely removing an advert is not that complicated. What is their objective? Are they trying to generate leads to pass onto other companies or increase foot traffic? I was also told by the saleman I would be contacted by the leads master. Still waiting for that to happen.
