Phone 4 times just to ask if there is someone that can assist me technically to enter my security code for my car radio. After requesting to talk to the Service Manager and telling him about their poor service he indicated to me that they do not have technical people on the floor and provided me with an alternative number. He couldn't even apologize for the bad service or say good bye, just dropped the call.

Won't support them again.
