CMH Cape Town - terrible after-sales service, dysfunctional systems & disregard for clients

CMH Cape Town: Easily the worst experience I've had at a car dealership. From the dealer principal at Volvo who doesn't care right through to the different sales people, lack of training, systems or processes - their after sales support has been abysmal. Simple administrative tasks - ordering a numberplate - was never done, leading to a precarious situation for the purchaser to remain law-abiding. Empty promises from sales people continue & client has to step in to do tasks themselves. 2 friends were considering Volvo's & I made it clear to them to definitely purchase from Rola in Somerset West as CMH Cape Town has a total disregard for client's time or satisfaction.
