CMH BALLITO misled me by selling me a new Renault Duster with **** leather seats

CMH Ballito branch sold me a new Renault Duster with **** leather seats on 11 October 2019.

I reported that seats were peeling off when I sent the car service in May 2023. To date this has not been addressed. Several attempts have not worked with Ian (service consultant) who first promises to escalated the matter with his sales manager; and later said the **** seats were not covered by Renault since no Duater comes with leather.

My question is which customer with sanity would remove genuine fabric and replace it with **** leather?

I need help. I can’t make sense of leather seats tearing within 3 years of purchase of a new car. I’ve seen the oldest cars with genuine leather seats still intact even in s****yards.
