CMH Balito never again

I purchased an IX 35 on 14th July 2017. I paid cash for the car and all went smoothly. I then tried to get them to complete the licensing and registration, first problem! Eventually on 17th September 2017 I received my new licence and plates and Natis documents, but still no service book. It is now 29 March 2018, wait for it.......STILL NO SERVICE BOO****!!!! I am coming to the end of the warranty period and I still cant get the car fixed under warranty because there is no service boo****!! Dealer principal Hansie and Sales rep Claude, the less said the better!
