CMH Alberton - Avoid!

Besides the fact that our last 4 experiences with this branch was terrible (poor service and harassment by staff) with no response from head office after mailing them, we find ourselves in another waste of time situation. We were asked to bring in our vehicle anytime before 12pm. Arrive at 11:30am to find that all but one staff member (trying to explain to another customer that brought their car in that everyone has left early and management is not answering phone calls) has knocked off early including the person that holds the keys to the gates. Was it the managers birthday that he/she allowed everyone to knock off early? I reside in Alberton why am I forced to use Glenvista branch just to get a little customer service out of this company? Please, a valid reason for continuous TERRIBLE service would be appreciated.
