CHM Hatfield " Gatvol for Customer"

<p>I bought a New Volvo S60, T3 , mid April 2016. Almost 5 months later the car still not fix. Within the first week i reported the conserns, took the car 4 times to them. Phone, send e-mails. no luck. left messages with the dealer Manager Chris. He does not bother. Ettiene the Service magager told me his GATVOL for me. Stanley the sales manager does not answer my phone calls. Royden at customer service H/O dnever phone me back. what a joke. this must be the worse car I ever bought, Cant complain a bout service because thats Zero. so please just wake me up from this bad dream. Volvo just dont care. we sold the sucker a car and the rest his problem. How do I drive around with peace of mind? How do i loev my car after all of this? somebody please help me? please .</p>
