Cars being sold without being registered

Is there anyone CMH Group that can sort out my license and registration of a vehicle that was purchased in January 2021. I do not understand how a car can be sold without it being registered and now I am stuck with all the fines. No service from sales team or dealer principal CMH The Glen. Worst service ever.
