Bought car that was damaged on delivery

<p>Good day, more then a month ago i bought a BMW at this dealers. on the way for delivery they had a tyre burst which can happen to anyone. but with delivery i was told please go to nearest BMW in your town and get quote we will pay and it will be repaired. i did that the next day but after 2 weeks of no answer from them on quote o asked to speak to manager but he was not aware of the problem or quote. he then contacted me after numerious days of also endless mails about answers and said my.car must come back to dealer to repair. i met them halfway in balito which they gave me a loan vehicle. on the way home the loan vehicle was giving trouble i turned around and they gave me another one. which i have pictures of the state this one tyres are in. as for my car its been there a week and half and we just not getting anywhere. i have probably send over 15 mails and everyday there another excuse. we also noticed the front bumper damaged but they not taking responsiblity for this. im at.end meat this this and need someoness help to het my car back repaired.i have all the mails and whatzapp messages they have send unprofessionally.</p>
