Bought a car with faulty brakes

I bought a used Kuga a week ago, I got the vehicle on the Friday and the bake make a noise, this continued the weekend. Called the salesman Victor Mhlanga the Monday and requested to see the service report that was said they have done on the vehicle. A week later he still have not send me anything after calling him daily and sending mails to request the invoice /report. A week later again and now is was told that the brakes is my problem as the car passed the roadworthy and the dealership is not going to look at this. I never in my life seen such useless customer services, The used sale manager John Grey refuses to call me when i request, when i call he is always unavailable
