bmw e90 320i

Hi I purchased a bmw e90 320i on 9th of October 2015 , from cmhgm Umhlanga , vehicle came with out manual books , there is a strange noise coming out the engine, car came with oil light on , rear break warning , car has full scratches on boot lid , hand break is poor I 've tried to contact the manager Roland but I did not receive any responses
