Best customer service

I took my MG3 for its first annual service last week at MG Milnerton, Cape Town and i was blown away by the absolutely amazing customer service i received. <br> From the time i walked into the reception area until the time i left with my car i experienced the best customer service ever. The receptionist was helpful and friendly she then called Peter to open the job card who was also helpful and friendly. I was offered a ride to a place of my choice, which i declined as i never needed it. I was then moved to the client's reception area where i was offered coffee / tea while my car was being serviced. Peter then started the job card then came to me first to confirm that they will be starting now thereafter he came to give me an update almost every half hour of how far they are with my car. The full service only took about 2 hours.<br> my car got a much needed wash as well.<br> My car drives like the first day i drove it off the lot!<br> well done MG Motors Milnerton you have impressed me!
