Bad Service

I am really not happy. I have ordered a part and paid the invoice. I was ensured that it was the correct part after enquiring. I picked up the part, took it to a workshop and was informed that it was the wrong part. Went back to cmh silverlakes and another order was placed. I was promised the part would be there on Friday 02 June, but definately on Monday 5 June. Arrived on Monday and was informed that the part was not loaded on the delivery truck. Because of this I have lost a lot of time and money for traveling back and forth. Also lost income for Monday 05 June. I am really not happy with your service !!!
