Bad service

<p>I bought a ford Figo 1.4 at CMH Kemster Ford,Pretoria North and the laggade board for the boot was not put back after the car was taken for car wash the day i came to collect it. i realised it was missing when i got home and i called the Salesman who sold me the car, he realised the mistake went to the workshop and advised they forgot to place back the board and i must come collect it. when i went there to collect my registration plates the Salesman asked the Principal dealer that i must be given the luggage board.Dealer Principal refused and told me i must buy it for R800.. what a bad service and i dont understand why should i buy it if it comes standard with a car..its the guys from ford workshop who forgot to put it back.</p>
