Bad employee behaviour

I was driving down Lenchen, Centurion, going 60 km/h with one of your employees in a Mazda 3 (with CMH Mazda Hatfield stickers) driving fairly close to me. Ignoring the safe following distance, he stopped next to me at the robot then started shaking his head (because me not speeding made him miss the green robot). This wasn't a big argumentative situation but this behaviour is just unacceptable. One can not represent a company and then not abide by the rules of the road then have the audacity to try and shame me about it. I can't condone this behaviour, it just irkes me that the norm has come down to "having" to speed and the rest of us that don't conform are somehow the culprit. Just stick to the rules of the road!
