Bad customer service from ford cmh mount Edgecombe

About two weeks ago my partner ans i visited ford cmh dealership in mount Edgecombe and was approached by a female car sales assistant from ford and we was in the market of purchasing a ford ranger xlt 4x4. However she made promises that she will send us pics of a vehicle and she will check up where she can get the stock from for us.... On numerous attempts after test driving a manual vehicle i had made calls to her asking her the progress if she had found a vehicle for me however she promised that she will send me pics via whatsap shortly but uptil date its now two weeks she has not called me back or emailed to say anything...

Her attitude is extremely disgusting and its like we are doing her a favour. I urge the community that ford mount Edgecombe gives terrible customer service
