Bad attitude

Hi, <br> I traded in my car and got a Mini cooper from CMH Luxury Motors (Lyndhurst) (Pty) Ltd in March, the service I received from the sales manager was very bad and to top this now, the car I traded in have been getting fines and the fines are issued in my name, despite several attempts to sort out the issue and refund the fine amount, there has been no response from chris. He is not fit to be a sales manager, he is arrogant. Kindly look into the issue for me and would really appreciate the time.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Anoop
