BAD after sales service

OH where to start? Never ever in my life have I’ve been treated with bad service like this.

Bought a FORD ecosport 1.5 TDCI 2017 at CMH Hatfield Ford in September 2019.

I had the vehicle for 1 week and took it back due to some defects on the vehicle. The supp**** me with a curtesy vehicle for the time being. “Thumbs up for that!!!”

As time go on, I never get any feedback from the dealer. Over a month now and my vehicle is still not fixed. “Ford warranty sent us the wrong parts”, the rep****.

Now I have a flat on the curtesy vehicle and no special spanner was supp**** for the wheel nuts on the vehicle. I’m sitting stranded with a flat tyre

After several attempts to contact CMH Ford, no one is answering their phone. No answers on SMS sent, no call backs nothing. And I’m here sitting stranded and cannot use the vehicle.

Never ever will I do business with CMH Kempster again…

All I’m asking for is a vehicle with no issues. I’m not paying R4600 a month for s****.
