Service book missing

After buying my vehicle at Ford Hatfield in December 2019 with 19600 km on clock I was informed by them the vehicle never went for its 1st service at 15000 km and they don't have a service book for my vehicle . After 1 year of battling to get a service book and them twice taking my vehicle for sludge test so they can supply me with service book this is still ongoing. For month I spoke to Rian the Manager until he got 1 of his ladies to take over . This is now 17 September 2021 and still battling with no service book in sight. My name is Jo Potgieter.
